I remember when I lived in Costa Rica and FELT like a missionary (though I was a med student!) we had to throw our toilet paper in the trash. My first reaction was, "even the poo'd ones???". Yes, even the poo'd ones. lol. Surprisingly you get used to it quickly and really, if you can do that, it makes room to do so many other counter-american-cultural things!
